I’m Pam Woehrle.

And I’m a Certified Professional Coach.

It’s no accident that I’m doing this work. Much like you, my career has been guided by what brings me the greatest fulfillment and impact. That fulfillment came from global senior leadership roles within mid-size and Fortune Top 50 companies for the first 30 years of my career. Now, it comes through coaching executives and high potential women in their own growth and development.

My approach to coaching is direct and informed by experience. I understand the complexities of organizational cultures, structures, and leadership styles because I’ve navigated them myself. When you work with me, you’ll have a coach who understands what you’re going through.
